Fira |
I
wanted to thank you for taking such good care of Fira and Annie while we
were away at the end of July. When I picked them up at Waggin' Tails, they
both looked wonderful, healthy and happy - as though they'd been on vacation.
Annie was ecstatic to see me and Fira, well, Fira had to be dragged in
from the outside pen and then when she saw me she gave a quick nod hello
and was off looking for someone or something to play with. I think she
has doggie ADD ;) I'm sure you've been told this a thousand times
before; it was wonderful for Greg and me to leave home knowing that the
girls were very well taken care of in their home away from home. Though
I know you've always got a houseful, I hope that Fira and Annie shared
a little of their quirky, fun personalities with you and that you had as
much fun with them as they seemed to have had with you. Thank you also
for the lovely treat bag for the girls - they're wild about the biscotti
and the tug toy but I haven't brought myself to give them the little stuffed
toy, as I know its life will be short. Thank you again for everything and
please know that we'll be
in touch next time we travel somewhere that forces us to leave the girls

Louis busted |
This
is a belated thank you for sending the photos of Louis at the Ranch - they're
great
- especially
the one of them napping. Louis
obviously
had a great time with you because there was no separation anxiety after we'd
picked him up - he just settled right back into life with us again with no
fears about us leaving him. So once again a huge thank you from all of us
and a big
slobbery smoocher from himself! Hope you're enjoying a lovely fall on
the coast. |

just thought I'd write and tell you that Dobbs clearly had a fabulous time
at your place. He slept all the way home and pretty
much all the way through till bedtime. Then he slept some more! It was
very clear that he'd quickly grown to like and trust you (and for good reason).
Thanks so much for giving us total peace of mind that he'll be well-loved and
cared for when we take our next vacation. All the best, Tammy |

We
just wanted to thank you for Harper's fine care while we were away. He normally "punishes" us when we return from a trip. But when he came home this time he was very happy and tired - a sign that he's had a good time. He loves his new tennis ball from his "loot bag" (and
needless to say, the cookies didn't last long...) It's so important for us

Without
doubt, Willi and Sophie had the BEST time at Happy Tails. Thank you so much
for looking after them so well and for
keeping them so happy.
Thank you too for the lovely pictures. I wonder if you guys ever get to sit down
or sleep in your own house? I also thank you for their presents - they love the
cookies and will enjoy chewing their toys - it will also keep them from chewing
one another! If you can entertain the thought we shall be in touch for next
May, when we have to go to Europe. Once again, thanks for everything

Hi!
The photos are great! Thank you! And thank you for the cookies and frizbee!
Abby very much enjoyed the cookies and
is still enjoying the frizbee. She was so tired when she got back that those
were the only things
she showed any interest in - she pretty much slept for 2 days! It's great to
see pictures of her having so much fun. We figured that she had a great time
- I know that we did - knowing that she was in great hands made it easy to
enjoy the wedding that we went to. I'm sure we'll see you again this

State of Nevada |
First
of all thanks thanks thanks. We had a much more relaxed holiday knowing our
precious puppy was well looked after.
We know this for sure because Nevada slept in the van on the way home, dropped
to the floor when
we got home and finally looked for some hugging well into the evening....the
verdict: A TIRED DOG IS A HAPPY DOG!!!. We did miss her, but knowing that you
are totally aligned with her raw food diet, allergy concerns and contact with
our Vets- Julie-Anne Lee and Dr Hughson
we felt totally happy that we left Nevada there for her own holiday. The pictures
say it all. Thank you so much for caring as you do...you are definitely all
class! ( Nevada told me to make sure I say this to you). Nevada's "itching " to
see you all

a friend and she said she thought I would be going there on holiday next time!
I really do feel strongly about your services. I have never encountered a boarding
service that understood the needs of dog owners as much as the dogs. I'm sure
the girls would survive sleeping outside etc., its ME that wouldn't be able
to deal with it! So its so nice to be able to go on holiday without worrying
